I have been a land developer for over 35 years in the Butler County area. I have developed residential, multi-family, apartments and commercial. Just a few of the communites I have developed include: Shafer's Run, Lakewood and Hunter's Trace in Fairfield Twp., Providence Ridge, Ryan Acres and Woods of Logsdon's Ridge in Liberty Twp., Reserves of Providence and Villages of Providence in West Chester Twp.

Monroe Crossings contains 500 acres and is being developed as a P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development). Approved for a maximum of 890 single family dwellings, as well as the 150 multi-family units that are currently being developed by Oberer Group, 16.88 acres of "open space" are to be maintained by the HOA, 27.55 acres were donated to the City of Monroe for a park and soccer fields. There will also be 67.498 acres of commercial development.

There will be an 8 foot asphalt hiker/biker trail along Crossings Blvd. Street lights will run along Crossings Blvd. and inside each pod of home sites.

I am very excited about this development in the fastest growing city in Butler County, Ohio.
